'Democracy is........" was the caption given and the participants were supposed to complete the caption and make a movie on Democracy and what it means to them.
Its an achievement for St. Mary's College Hyderabad also and we take pride in Rehaan for taking St. Mary's College to an International Level of competition, successfully.
Well this isn't the end of it, there is surely a lot more. The winner of the competition will have the privilege of visiting USA free of cost and also will be an invitee to a Film Festival there.
